I always knew I was different to all the other children, my world was surrounded by animals from a very early age, whether my parents liked it or not!
I would beg and beg for a puppy, or a kitten or rabbit, in fact just about anything that had four legs! in my world animals were everything.
Talking to animals felt totally normal to me, the adults use to stare and say "ahh she's an animal lover alright, is she going to be a vet?" yet somehow I always new I wouldn't be.
As the years went by, I remember collecting any stray animal that passed my way, my back yard resembled a local zoo with a mixture of wild and pet animals a zoo would be proud of! all of which had somehow made their way to me.
I was like a magnet, if an animal was in distress, I'd find it, people would bring them to me, my school work suffered tremendously due to continual skiving to care for my animals.
Half the time my parents had no idea, until the school truancy warden came knocking!
I worked hard and eventually, left school. I began my first job buying and selling horses for a dealer in Kent. There, I learnt that people didn't love animals quite as much as I did, we bought horses and ponies of all ages who had been severely beaten, neglected and misused, the psychological problems were just terrible, some had to be destroyed due to the trauma they had suffered so just couldn't be sold on!
I look back now many years later and wonder if I could have helped? at the time, no one ever stopped to think about animal communication, don't get me wrong I felt every bit of pain, I cried and cried when the boss loaded the lorry with the casualties, but crying is not enough, these animals needed to talk, I couldn't or didn't know how to help, at the tender age of sixteen no one would take me seriously! these poor animals needed to tell the humans what happened and how they could make their life easier, and as I am well aware now, it could have been possible.
This abuse still to this day goes on at the hands of humans, why, because people just do not understand that animals think, feel, greave just as we do.
So if I can go on to educate just a handful of people about communication, and then they educate some more and so on and so on, then just maybe, someday, people will understand.
My awareness in psychic ability kicked in big time whilst working with these horses, it saved the lives of six! to find out the rest, you'll need to read my book!!! hee.
